| Assist2Sell does provide very good service at 75% of the cost of other realtors. The savings would be great, even in the MLS program! They were very respectful of giving us 24 hours notice before showings. The rebate for buyers is very appealing to us as are the savings for using particular lenders. Unfortunately, these are service that we never used because our house did not sell. Bottom line, we think Assist2Sell is the best game in town from what we can tell. The service is good and the savings is GREAT. We would prefer it over for sale by owner. For example, because we know that as a buyer we do not want to deal directly with the seller. And as a seller, we do not want to deal directly with the buyer. That amount of savings is just not worth the hassle in our opinion. Thanks again for your time.
